Age Restricted items:

You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.

Errors:

Although we try and ensure that all prices & Descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or description or cancelling it.

Stock Errors:

On rare occassions when we are unable to supply an item within the specified time we will contact you with an option of a refund for the out of stock items, an estimated time for delivery so you can choose to wait or an exchange for a similar item.

Delivery

Delivery to the UK will usually be within 14 days. During peak times, it may be a little slower. When placing an order with us, you accept that delivery may take up to 28 days.
Europe and USA - Usually within 21 days but please allow 28 days, especially at peak times.

Returns:

We will accept returns for faulty items only. Contact must be made within 3 days of recieving your products, with details of fault, and pictures if possible. If the item shows any sign of wear, or the tags and packaging have been damaged, we will not accept returns.

We will only ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing and delivery addresses to process your order.We will not Rent or Sale your information to third patries without your permission.We may on occasion use your information to send you promotional information, such as special offers or new products we feel you may be interested in. We never store any credit/debit card information.

Updating your deatils.

If any of the information that you have provided to fantasywear4u.co.uk changes (ie: If you change your delivery address) please let us know. If you are already a registered user, then just log-in to "your account" and make the changes and this will automatically update our records. If you are not yet a registered user, then please give us the correct new details by sending an e-mail to info@fantasywear4u.co.uk - if you are changing your email address, don't forget to give us your old email address too!
